I'm afraid things are only going to get worse before they get better. :/
The short version is that our team leader, who was supposed to retire in June, was forced to retire in March.
So we're trying to run this place without the knowledge he didn't get a chance to pass on to us.

The higher ups believed he was being paid to do nothing.

Well, he actually wanted to stay until 2020 but things got complicated. He convinced them to let him stay until June then for whatever reason they changed their mind.

That sucks it pretty muchs screws you guys over. I mean at least let the guy pass on what he knows before retiring him D:
Coincidentally he was the guy that got me the job in the first place so it hit pretty hard. And yeah, exactly, but it also showed they really thought he wasn't doing anything. Which is absurd.
