Pulled over by a cop.

Got a ticket for my inspection/emissions stickers being expired 12 months ago.

My appointment for getting them renewed was already made for tomorrow morning.

fff oh no....

Best of all, I spent today getting The Wife's car inspected/renewed because hers is 11 days out of date...

Oh yes, I spent all morning on the web/phone because she didn't have her updated proof of insurance paper in the car.

Which I also didn't.

And was going to correct that before I left for the inspection in the morning.

All of it was me being horribly neglectful of paperwork.

But within a few hours, I managed to correct one set of paperwork and get busted on the other.

After getting away with it for a full year.

None of this is a horrible tragedy.

Therefore, it is purely damned funny.

I even said to the auto shop today that I'm glad I didn't have to deal with all that crazy outdated insurance paperwork with a cop standing over me, at least.

But I knew exactly where to look my own up online, on my phone!

Ahaha the little glitches of car-ness continue today!

The car that I got inspected yesterday suddenly developed a faulty turn signal today.

So I'm playing musical cars, getting them both fixed at once in different towns.

Long since resolved, though, along with fixing a couple tiny issues that have been bugging me for a very long time. X3
