[black panther] most of the hubbub about the movie was about things outside of the movie itself, but i can see how it presents a vision of greatness for a much-marginalized people

[avengers: infinity war] i watched this for the memes tbh, but for one the plot wasn't predictable at all. i don't know half the people in the movie but in the end that didn't matter lul

[iron man] my first marvel movie ever was iron man 2 lol. it's almost refreshing to see a marvel superhero being concerned with such earthly affairs

nana123: kurosawa is most famous for his films set in feudal japan, but in Ran (the only kurosawa i've seen so far lol) the war stuff is secondary to the drama

it's based on a shakespeare play lol, the cinematography is top notch too, the phrase "every frame a painting" comes to mind
