Say hello to Kiria Reese. She wears preemie size but those are too expensive so her stuff is newborn. The only outfit to beat her arrival was the tie dye onesie, which is 0-3 months.

I bought that when I was still unsure about the size, 'cause people were saying preemie or newborn, so.

And Eli's bigger and hasn't had a new outfit for a year so hi, out of practice.

I wasn't expecting her this early, it was supposed to be tomorrow but then updated to today, and the mail's been arriving in the evening.

Then I woke up at 8:30 to a text saying she'd been outside since 7:30.

People tend not to steal packages around here 'cause security's always roaming, but still.

I'm super tired now ugh.

Excitement kinda squished my CFS for a bit. Wanna flop and not move again but I'm waiting on maintenance for the second day in a row.

Here's to hoping they show, ha ha.

The other clothes are due Thursday/Friday, so yay. Everything gets tossed in the wash before it goes on, new or not. I've gotten perfectly clean stuff doused in perfume before.

Also yes she smells but now that I've had experience with Eli I might be able to deal with the situation a little better.

Between the vinyl offgassing, and my having X-23's sense of smell, it took four months to adapt to Eli.

So yeah. Fun times ahead. But girly stuff!

I don't even like doing the girly stuff for myself, but give me a baby doll and yikes.

I'd probably do the same if I had a daughter...at least until she could vocalize that she didn't like dresses. Then she'd get jeans or whatever.

Can we tell I'm still slightly bitter about being stuck in dresses and skirts until I was seven.
