I used to do soft boiled a lot but peeling them later was such a pain

If I want a runny yolk I’m more likely to fry it than soft boil

I’ll soft boil an egg for ramen but if I’m eating it by itself it’s either hard scramble or a runny yolk in an egg in a basket
