I wonder if people dont rig for it, because its an add on, rather than a whole body

Helyanwe: I personally found it tricky because it was whole separate rig rather than fixing/reducing one I did for hourglass like I do for other ad-ons. Gonna give it another go sometimes seeing people are more interested in it now though!

Helyanwe: flothegrump: for this one I had to heavily remodel the top and do a separate texture because the shadows on the original (maitreya) didn't look right.. it's still a niche addon, i do it mostly for myself because I love how it looks, but i understand why people chooses not to rig for it

Re petite rigging. I do the original body and hourglass body first, then reshape down for petite from the original mesh and remove the weights from leftpec and right pec. Then I set the slider to maximum (blender/avastar) and carefully go add the weights back in. They're much lighter than the original pec bone weights and take only a couple of minutes each.

It's much easier to go from the original shape down to petite, and up to hourglass than it is to go from hourglass down to petite.

SLinkbySiddean: oh. i'm gonna try that, thanks for sharing!

That's a genius tip SLinkbySiddean! I did it the noob way and rigged them twice haha it didn't occur to me copying weights and adding the pecs afterwards! It would have saved me so much time, but next time i'll do this instead, thank you!
