depends on what you're looking for? dwrp_icons is very good. hollow-art is great for PBS as well as PB_updates on insanejournal

i've been trawling pinterest and google and i'm,,, stuck because i'm trying to find someone that "clicks" with what she looks like in my head and I have no idea how to search for it

yeah I would look at pb_updates on insanejournal. pb_stalker will recommend comms and I think if you google, it'll pop up

Hollow-Art is great in terms of, you can go to their search and set specific things you want, like hair color, eye color, age etc and search all icon sets that meet your parameters. That might help inspire something if you haven't got a PB in mind

Definitely starting with hollow-art tends to be the best imo.

pb_updates is good too bc they have filters you can sort through for hair/age/etc

if you have a specific actor/actress in mind, i suggest looking them up in the tags on wikicon's journal
