I...need to get on making that Ultraman Zero journal. Mind you, Mebius is more like the original Decade/Marvelous, but Zero has the attitude...and I haven't gotten to Mebius yet...

All you really need to know is that Zero shows up from time to time and steals everyone's thunder, which is why I think of him as the true Ultra equivalent to Decade

Yes. He's shown up in every movie since his own began in 2010

The only one I don't think he was in was the most recent one for R/B
