[health] So I am prone to dizziness, and I know some of this is not getting my body the stuff it needs, but it also seems to be worse? Like it lasts longer? Even when I've eaten and gotten some sleep it's still there. Though it does make a difference.

But maybe it's because I'm not doing it consistently enough. Drinking water regularly and often.
