ABC has also created a horse as a special anniversary gift you can pick up at the party location. Grab it ASAP; we don't know how long it'll be out!

gogolita, it's the only one we can give! We don't plan release dates ahead of time, and even the team seldom knows a release is ready more than 24 hours in advance. Even then, we don't announce it because if anything goes wrong and it needs to be pushed, the backlash would be epic.

So every Firestorm release is and always will be a surprise. If knowledgeable folks want to put the effort into tracking our progress, they can keep an eye on our JIRA and our repository and see what issues are getting checked off or coded in. We also take applications for the beta testing team.

And some (but not all) release candidates are given to the inworld Preview group right before release.

Those would be the ways you can go about getting a vague sense of when a release is imminent. They are, essentially, the way that everyone on the team gets an idea of how close we are, as well. But none of us actually knows when the release is going to be very far in advance at all.
