I'm still on plurk hiatus but like damn, Detention really is the saddest game ever made out there Like imagine snitching on your boyfriend cause you suspect him cheating on you with a woman who runs a banned book club but there's obviously no cheating involved and you hope to get the woman arrested but instead you get your boyfriend killed and (cont)
as if not being able to live with the fact that you killed your boyfriend is not enough the entire school bullies you for being a snitch plus you have a dysfunctional family at home (which is where you got the idea to snitch on the banned book club) and all of it is too much so you kill yourself after graduation (cont)
and if it's still not enough you have to re-live all your life from a specific moment up until your death (including the moment you fell in love with your boyfriend and the moment you caught a snippet of a dialog which made you suspect that he's cheating on you) over and over again with no escape because you're (cont)
hearts_kun: please do play it, the devs deserve all the support for making such an amazing game, I'm crying over it for the third (or 4th?) day straight
hearts_kun: yup. But be mindful of the warnings which are: violence, blood, onscreen death, onscreen suicide, domestic abuse. There's probably more but I forgot. And there are some jumpscare-like moments
