So. We're supposed to closing on the sale of our house and then the purchase of our new house tomorrow. We have all our stuff packed and a moving van reserved. And then today our buyers' agent can't get in touch with their lender apparently.
We can't close without their lender??? WHY do they need to talk to their lender today? This date has been set for a month.
And we have a contingency clause meaning OUR lender will not let us buy the new house till this one is sold. So if our buyers don't pull through, we're fucked.
Oh.... oh. Wow.
It'll probably be fine. The date might get pushed to next week, which would suck, but it most likely won't get completely cancelled
But. Ugh. I have like two outfits that aren't packed. I don't want to live like this for any period of time.

Wellllll closing is cancelled. No word on why their lender isn't ready or future date yet till our agent hears back. She's going to amend the contract to next Friday if she doesn't get more communication from them.
