do some research and see if they have a local clinic .. they have one here that is $10 for a visit .. would be worth it to check

i agree need to go to a clinic, also you may need a "vacation" from the farm, over working your self

Mono comes when your immune system is down. My daughter had it in January; still gets sick easily.
