Lots of people lining the route with signs of support, and giving out snacks and water. It was cool and rainy, but the two mile march was up a big hill, so especially by the end, it was appreciated
it ended at a really nice park I had never been to. Lots of people at the finish--apparently there’d been a speaker but we walked too slow to hear. As we showed they were having closing remarks and folks began to disperse as requested
The sun came out by the end, which felt hopeful at least... still a long road ahead for all of us. But maybe we can finally start making and maintaining progress.
