No loud chat on the corridor (especially when I have to sit by the door). No strong sunlight (or no sunlight at all) moving and changing all the time.

I don't like the current layout. Several people crowd in one office, and people feel necessary to chat from time to time, to exclaim when they found something interesting/annoying, and to giggle when they read emails. That's really disturbing.

Also, the sound-blocking effect is terrible. People can be very noisy when they discuss with students in their office, and I have to bear the noise from my own office and those from other offices. Doubly disturbing.
