Shining Live wasn't loading (quick enough), and I got message advising me I can clear cache if need be.

Nvm, it's not loading whether I clear cache or not because other users have the same problem. (Something to do with time(zones)?) Well, at least I now know not to clear cache unless it is really last resort because it takes a while to load...
