We've been batting around other Marvel villains that the Handler could team up with

like I would love to use someone like Dr Doom but he wouldn't care about the Handler's petty grievances to help her. He would need a better incentive, like the time traveling technology which the Handler wouldn't give to him because he would be much harder to deal with than Five mucking around the timeline.
