Trumpeter Swans.

Indikon: They pass through here on there way to Alaska.

Swans used to nest on the water near my home when I was growing up, but I never knew anything about different kinds of swans.

Indikon: I guess there are several kinds.

I just looked. I think they’d be mute swans.

Indikon: I've seen only pictures of the Mute Swans; they are so beautiful.

Gorgeous! The mountains are impressive.

About ten years ago, we went to visit a swannery:

Atropos: We love our mountains.

With good reason!

Indikon: They are gorgeous!

Anniehoo: They tried to eat my shoe laces.

Atropos: We are happy we got so much snow this winter; as it melts from the mt. peaks it refreshes the rivers and more birds come.

It’s such a beautiful place.

Indikon: Oh my! I wonder why they try to eat your shoe laces.
