If you wouldn't mind me asking I'm relatively new to digital art and I was wondering how people do that kind of chalky outline?

To get that chalky effect I use a type of brush called bleeding pen, i modified the brush a bit to fix some things about the brush that i didn't like. But I don't know if this is the optimal way of achieving a chalky effect, maybe with a different brush you could achieve a closer result to chalk idk
