it feels like a knife stuck in my gut. not just like a sharp pain, but it literally feels like something is inside of me

i can't really answer that, but it also could be other things, it also could be ovulation (apparently, we do get pains from that, go figure) or it could just be a jab

but it's also not out of the realm of possibility that it could also be other things that isn't a cyst

also it could be IBS

they diagnosed me with that once but i don't know if that diagnosis went away when i was diagnosed with ulcerative colitis

but i've never had a pain like this before in all my stomach pains

it's moved to the other side now though
