anyway I didn't sit around trying to dox your friend or whatever, this is just speculation caused by me finding news articles where they interviewed the family about him being a surprisingly nice and shy house guest

to be fair "surprisingly nice and shy" rules out nobody because that's almost always how he's described, except in situations where he was in character as Slim the whole time

there were cases in the early 2000s of people meeting him at music video shoots or whatever and him being very loud and cartoony and playful, then catching him as Marshall later and being surprised to find he's even the same person

Sylvia Patterson got screwed up by this. She started interviewing him when he was in character as Slim and he was totally overwhelming and annoying. Then cleared his friends out of the room, got him to drop character, hoping to interview "art-terrorist" Eminem about music, but instead found she was left with a dowdy Marshall who barely made eye contact
