i have a cat named Hal, i named him after Otacon from Metal Gear Solid because all my cats have to have video game names. the tradition started when i was 8-ish and i named my first two cats Mario and Peach (rip <3 )

there are three cats at my parents' house and i only managed to get one of them a video game name, and that one is Shadow. it took years for my mom to realize i named her after a hedgehog
