I love the Streetpass game Flower Town on the 3DS and I'm growing flowers in Animal Crossing!

I have a Windows computer, an Android phone, Nintendo Switch, Xbox One, and a handful of older consoles.

this is probably not 100% at all what you are looking for but Earthtongue lets you grow plants and create your own lil ecosystem, you can fuss over their genes and stuff. More mushrooms than flowers, and it's kind of weird and a very specific vibe
