Shin Splints and Achilles InjuriesThe problem with my right leg is getting worse... I’ve never had this much foot pain after skating and still persists hours later!

Ok I think the blade being super sharp only made this worse for me today. I was also slow and made very little distances with my pushes

Top 3 Forms of Muscle RecoveryI do some of this...
1 - regular icing (probably not enough of this)
2 - using massage gun to warmup. And use it before bed.
3 - SLEEP!!! 😴

Everyday Warm-Up Morning Stretch Routine
I should do these in the morning in bed 😆
I mean they are almost all the stretches I already do but doing them in bed is probably a good wake up routine and ensure I get at least some warmups before skating 🤦🏻‍♀️

Ok I skimmed through this playlist and based on what they say, I don’t have Achilles tendinitis because it never hurts on the back but should hurt on the two sides? 😆 good thing I’m going to see a doctor tomorrow.

Cause for diagnosis:
Hyper mobile ankle joint
Lack ankle stability -> straining of the lateral tendon/muscle

Right foot is worse than left
I think it’s because I badly sprained my right ankle in high school

“It feels like a deep bone bruise. It hurt so damn bad that I took a break from skating and have only been wearing low cut shoes because it hurts too much. Doesn’t hurt AT ALL unless something is touching or rubbing it.
