I don't know about SPECIFIC med things, but I wouldn't be surprised if that's the case. antidepressants can cause mood craziness for a bit until you settle in.

all SSRIs can have various side effects for the first 1-2 weeks until you settle in

I'm on Zoloft's generic and it took me around 1.5 wks to get used to it

so increased anxiety or worse mood can happen and I always tell my patients that it may happen and is temporary

like if it's unbearable then tell me and we'll switch but if it's tolerable then try to stick it out until your body adjusts

I feel like 'cry at everything' was the main way I figured out my antidepressants were having an effect lol
