[RL] Guys, I'm pissed and I need to know if I'm being an asshole.

My brother's wedding is at the end of October, and I asked my best friend if she could watch my animals for us while we're gone.
My dog would be staying with her, and she would have to come up (about a 20 minute drive) once during the weekend to check in on my cats.
We've been in a very rough financial situation for the past few months following a 900 mile move and both of us having to wait more than 2 weeks following that for our first paychecks.

I was going to pay her (obviously, because I'm not a dick) for watching the animals, but in a "thanks so much for helping out, here's some money for your trouble" kind of way when we picked our dog up at the end of the trip.
Pre-emptively, she's decided to use her Rover profile to calculate charges and give me an upfront price for her services. It's more than $100, which with us having to pay for gas to drive down to Alabama and back, plus food and a wedding gift for my brother and his fiance, is A LOT of money.
We're still trying to get to the point where we aren't paying our bills paycheck to paycheck with almost nothing left over.
Am I wrong to be so upset about this? Is she being perfectly reasonable using her Rover prices to determine how much we owe her?
I think the way she worded things is really what got me. She made it sound like we were making a business transaction.

uh, no. You have every right to be upset. You asked her to help. If you wanted to use Rover, you would have.
