First two seasons pretty much consistently great

Third season, writing got worse

Fourth season, writing picked up again, but I don't like Bruce's character design change or how his character is getting closer to traditional dark brooding Batman rather than the nice guy in the first two seasons

Fifth season is just wannabe Justice League

so yeah first two seasons are my favorite

and another thing about the first two seasons: These were the seasons where the relationship between Alfred and Bruce are the emotional heart of the show

but he gets less and less screentime in later seasons

he doesn't appear or even get MENTIONED in the SERIES FINALE, for god's sake

first two seasons dared to do something new with Batman but then the third through fifth pulled him back into same old same old

oh wait still need to watch batman vs dracula

still have enough to give my verdict though XP
