Happy Halloween! This isn’t exactly how I’d planned on spending it this year, that’s for sure.
On the 18th, I went into the ER, and found myself in surgery the next afternoon because I apparently had an infected appendix and a large mass in my pelvis.
Once they got me open they also found a hernia and the appendix had already burst and sitting in its own infection. And more tumors in my uterus. So 7hr surgery later I have had an appendectomy, removal of a hernia, full hysterectomy, and removal of lymph nodes and several tumors.
After a week in the hospital they transferred me to a nursing facility. So I can receive the antibiotics via iv for the bacteria found from the burst appendix. Yes this is the short story. I’m here for about another 10 days.
And after all that they didn’t take the fucking gall bladder.
