Abuse of authority, malversation of public funds, multiple counts of graft and corruption, violation of the Constitution and violation of the Code of Conduct and Ethical Standards for Government Workers will charge against MTRCB Chair Lala Sotto before the Ombudsman.
Lala Sotto committed her serious crimes against the freedom of the press and freedom of information as well as freedom of speech and expression. MTRCB must be abolished if there's a proposed congressional law to abolished it.
If the complaint is pushed through with sufficient evidence against Lala Sotto, therefore must be delivered to the Supreme Court and then she will suspended without salary pay.
