Well, it put me a little behind schedule but stepping back for a day was the right thing to do.

Knowing I likely won't get all three designs done, I decided to do what I could to clean up the two I had, and I'm so glad I did

I fixed up the sleeves on Muffet and tweaked a few of the lines weight just to make the art a little clearer one last time

and the skelebros I did a complete overhaul with; slowing down and just reinking over what I had got my brain to turn back on and find a lot of more fun ways to add detail and expression that I had been lacking before

This had been okay

but I think THIS is way better

that's the bros we know and I love!

It's technically still the weekend, so I'm gonna head right into the printing

I will say if there is ONE part of this whole process I feel confident at it's my printing. i take a lot of steps to get it right but it's worth it and comes out right every time.

it might seem a little silly but I calibrate my sizing by zooming out of my csp document while holding a real piece of paper of paper next to my monitor

and then after I chart down the % that zoom is at, do the same thing with what I'll print on, then resize my image accordingly

after that, I do some tweaks for color quality it's straight to the printer

I take my time, and follow the notes from Flug to make sure I get everything prepped properly

the euphoria I get from peeling back the tape and seeing the end result thrills me every time

just savor the peelies...
