Well, as you can see, it is most definitely is not Saturday and alas, I only completed 2/3 of my intended goals.

I had an unfortunate medical emergency and had to schedule a dental visit for a possible root canal, losing most of my weekend to benedryl and painkillers; so I'm willing to cut myself a little slack.

Still, a failure is a failure; next week I'll try even harder to meet my goals

That said, am still very happy with how this piece turned out!

it felt great to explore these characters more and a type of designing I've never really done before

As much as I would have loved to have a finished Frisk too, I've learned a lot and couldn't be happier to add this to my keychain roster.

the fact I am holding anything at all right now fills me with such joy; it's a confidence booster I have really needed. And painting something digitally and then being able to hold a finished product with it in my hand right after really does feel nothing short of magic every time.

I would still call this blog a success. I wanted to give myself permission to try something new and I accomplished that. I can't wait to see what I am able to accomplish when I'm back at full health!
