Honestly, I love the fact that Bette would have been the true of heart character on the team when Dinah was getting ready to leave. It would have been SO NICE to see a relationship develop between Bette and Barbara, and also Bette and Helena

Bette would have been a great new viewpoint character, the next Bird for Barbara to build into someone great.

It is cool and interesting that Misfit, though, was ALSO originally introduced by Gail as an overzealous Batgirl who then took on a different identity, you can definitely see the shared DNA in that.
