I think that's everyone? I cross-referenced the OOC comm page for the excursion, the taken page, and the drops and apps page to make sure I caught the most recent changes.
The actual number of people to encounter on the ship is probably about 20, since I included some characters who would have been swept for inactivity if that was still a thing that happened for the sake of completeness.
I have been informed that Clarissa was straight up dropped a while ago
