the colorism is weird in general, like! we're similar enough skintone-wise that it's like. in a room full of white people you're the darkest person but then get called gringa all the time in a room full of brown people
nobody guesses right even when i'm darker tho. like you should see how dark i used to tan, before taking meds that kinda just make nothing happen. (it's weird. i don't burn, either, i just..... don't really tan anymore?) anyway they'll immediately start guessing incorrectly lmao
