What was the virus?

the guy who had the laptop before me apparently visited some pretty questionable sites...

Ah...No anti-virus? That should at least "filter" them... Or he turned it off so that he could visit them sites...

office anti-virus program didn't catch it. And apparently our IT switched off my anti-virus and spyware apps. D-oh.
