Christ Almighty, this ISP is the worst I've ever had the "pleasure" of transmitting packets through. Start a BT dl, *everything* stops. WTF?

some craptastic company called "Allied Telesis" as my ISP. I just moved and started using them all of 3 days ago, and they suck nuts.
that sucks maybe the lamers triggered to kill your connection due to the BT

it is an ISP setting. as soon as i stop a BT download, all connections re-establish as normal.
