there's a link at the top right hand of your screen to "my account" you can change the settings there

If you mean on T61 - click on "settings" in the little window at the top that has your avatar in it.

Then choose "preferences" in the next menu that opens up and check or uncheck whatever boxes you like.

I can now add my hotmail address to my blackberry again (without incurring hundreds of dollars in data charges)
