Oh, yes. I used it outside with fewer side effects. Don't use it indoors. Dogs like smells...

at least the deer off works. I have to take a shower after using it because it clings but it is better then no roses!

I love this stuff for our fruit trees. I'm sure if we used this inside the cats would devour our plants. They go nuts over fish oil
