what is the best way to bring blog posts from one blog to entirely new one? If I should buy (and afford) a WordPress w/ the last month I've had.

In case you're not aware or a friend on Facebook, my FIL was diagnosed w/ lung cancer and now has to be on oxygen. Visits & practically taking care of a shop was CRAZY - to say the lease!
