After two years of not going for a facial, I got one today. Crying 😭 The extraction process was so painful.

"Do you want a clean face or not?!" the lady was merciless. Lordddd

Sooo after cheat day I gained 1 kg. And will not have to dedicate the rest of this week to my diet. But at least this Friday I can binge eat!! So that's a plus.

I would definitely not recommend losing 4kgs in a week to anyone. It's not healthy either.
