So tired and stiff, just want to go home and crash.

I have been waking up with a sore jaw from clenching my teeth at night. Shoulders, neck and back so sore from tight muscles too. Wish I could wake up refreshed.

No feeling that good today.

In the future I will refrain from stepping on my scale hours after dining at the Hometown Buffet. Nothing good an come from it.

Got some volunteer time in at the boy's school this morning. Will we be able to get to a hundred hours this school year? I want the badge!

Today we celebrate the anniversary of our boy's adoption!
