had a car appointment today. Started at 9:15am. They didn't give back my car until 1:30pm, when they also told me that they didn't have the parts for the maintenance. The maintenance that I had scheduled. So they have ordered the parts and I have to go back again when they have the parts. 
so. Apparently, Seattle has had a rough day.
