試過幾天來寫cicibella夏季半價購入的涼感頸圈心得。
先說重點，以含運不到$200價格來說是符合它CP值的，能維持脖子部位26-28度涼涼的效果大約1個半小時。
如果要以超過的價格購買，我覺得不如加點錢買最近出的隨身冰扇
