its enuf to do 5 x 100 skips for today as a starter la..

wah.. it has been quite some time that my heart never beats that fast d... like it is popping out from my chest right now..

believe it or not?! I'm doing skipping now!

So HUNGRY ahhh

so sad.. FAT is not enuf to describe me anymore... should be SIBEH FAT ahhh.... T_T

start diet again tomorrow....
