0823 EMR for nursing record... so far is ok..

QCC TMIS-- definition of complete rate and upload rate

QCC of TMIS accomplished by all of us(team members) with the help of Hsia Tiau Yang. Reading it with tear..(Team work Halleluyah!)

EMR of nursing program is being tested Ok justnow by Face.. Really appreciated Face and Li Ping for their hard working.

my wife visited Obs justnow due to bleeding..
