I got on the scale the first time this morning since taking the slimquick pills I've lost 5 pounds!

this slimquick gives me the energy that I desperately have been needing

trying to figure why all these random ass sites that I haven't been on for years has my pics.

last night I found pics from when I was 16 with me and my best friend that lives far away I was so excited I started crying lol

have a salad for dinner if I even get hungry.

Slimquick Update-I took my first pill at 11am drank a Slimfast at 11:05am. It is 4:30pm and I am still not hungry.
