As long as I burn 500 calories a day thru exercise, I could actually keep myself from going diabetic & actually still get to enjoy food. Feeling hopeful but the real challenge is to keep it up!
i was relieved of my shoulder and neck pain thru hydrotherapy for only 2 days! pain is really annoying and i'm tired of just running. i want to do some strength training but i can't cuz of this pesky shoulder!
