when can my stomach stop feeling bloated?

fall asleep at 11pm and woke up at 1am now. Stomache plus feeling hungry. Bad dream.

only consume 1 packet of chicken rice today and till now i still finds my stomach oily. WHY?

now i only dare to consume packets of milo when i'm hungry. Cus only that wont make my stomach feel bloated.

am i having stomache or am i hungry? I'm really confused. My stomach like numb only.

finally everything is out from my stomach. Vomited everything out. PHEW !
