canceled my dr appt they wanted to charge to establish me as a patient before they would see me for a pap, and then charge for the pap visit

my haircut got canceled last minute. this is not the first time.

it is so frustrating having to wait to be approved for healthcare. i have no pre-ex condition.

getting my hair cut today. got a really bad hair cut in april and had to wait to grow out before i could get it fixed.

called the agent that is helping with healthcare insurance, she is out of town until friday. she was suppose to call me last week.

this week i wanted to walk 3 miles instead of 2 but i think i'll start that tomorrow. I'll walk just 2 today.

i have nothing on the needles. how the heck did that happen.
