i need beer. Big snafu at work, not my fault but will be my problem to explain why checks will be released a month later than scheduled.

accept the fact that there are people who are difficult to deal with. And I shouldn't let them ruin my day.

it when people complain to me that they dont get their mail, then I find out they've moved & haven't informed us of their new address!
